We offer informational documents and templates in electronic format. These digital items are delivered via download links upon confirmation of your request.

1.3 Physical Items

Urban Seal Office sells branded merchandise and stationery. All physical items are shipped to your designated address after purchase confirmation.

2. Access and Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. You agree to provide accurate contact details and notify us of any changes. Unauthorized use of this platform is prohibited.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for notarial services, digital publications, and physical items are listed on our site. Payments are processed through our designated providers. All fees are due prior to service delivery or shipment.

4. Refund Policy

At Urban Seal Office, we aim to ensure satisfaction with every transaction. Our refund terms vary by service type:

4.1 Notary Services

If you wish to reschedule a notary appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. You may transfer the appointment without additional cost subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund via the original payment method. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, as our staff and resources will have been allocated to your appointment.

4.2 Digital Publications

Requests for a refund on digital items must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download is initiated. To request a refund, please use the Contact Form. Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been saved, no refund will be granted, as the content becomes available to you immediately upon download.

4.3 Physical Items

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition, with original packaging intact. To initiate a shipment back, contact us via the Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipped item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs for sending the item back are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, Urban Seal Office will cover the shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Urban Seal Office and its personnel shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
